Steve Earle, born January 17, 1955 in Fort Monroe, Virginia, USA, is a musician and actor. He plays Harley Watt in Treme. He is a recurring guest star in the first and second seasons. He also worked with Treme co-creator David Simon on his earlier series The Wire. Earle had a recurring guest starring role as Walon. Earle is a prolific singer songwriter and his music features in both series.
