Ned Bellamy, born May 7, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio, USA, is an actor. He plays Vincent Abreu in Treme. He guest stars in the second and third seasons. He has been active since 1979 and has also appeared in the films The Shawshank Redemption (1994), Being John Malkovich (1999), Saw (2004), and Twilight (2008). He has had recurring roles in the series ER, Scrubs, Jericho, The Unit, and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. He has guest starred in the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and 24.
