Brad Anderson, born 1964 in Madison, Connecticut, USA, is a motion picture director. He is an episodic director for Treme. He joined the crew for the first season in 2010, helming the episode "Shallow Water, Oh Mama". He returned for the second season in 2011, helming "Carnival Time". He worked with Treme creator David Simon as a director for his earlier series The Wire. He has also directed the films Happy Accidents (2000), Session 9 (2001), The Machinist (2004), and Transsiberian (2008). He has also worked as a director and producer for the science fiction series Fringe.
