Dan Attias, born December 4, 1951 in Los Angeles, California, USA, is a motion picture director. He is an episode director for Treme. He helmed the ninth episode of the first season "Wish Someone Would Care" in 2010. He also worked with Treme creator David Simon as a director for his earlier series The Wire. He has directed episodes of the other HBO series Hung, Six Feet Under, True Blood, Deadwood, The Sopranos, Entourage, and Big Love. He has also directed the films Silver Bullet (1985) and American Dreams (2002). He has worked on the series Beverly Hills, 90210, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, House, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Lost, Heroes, Damages, and New Girl.
