Clarke Peters, born April 7, 1952 in New York City, New York, USA, is an actor. He stars as Albert Lambreaux in the first, second, third and fourth seasons. He starred in Treme creator David Simon's earlier series The Wire as Detective Lester Freamon and The Corner as Fat Curt. He has also appeared in the films Mona Lisa (1986), Notting Hill (1999), Marley & Me (2008) and John Wick (2014).
Following Treme Peters worked with Simon again on the 2015 HBO miniseries Show Me a Hero. He played Robert Mayhawk.
