Agnieszka Holland, born November 28, 1948 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, is a director. She is an episodic director for Treme. She helmed the series pilot episode "Do You Know What It Means" and the first season finale "I'll Fly Away" in 2010. She returned to direct the tenth episode of the second season "That's What Lovers Do" in 2011. She did not work on the third season in 2013 but did return to the series to helm the finale "... To Miss New Orleans" in 2014.

She also worked with Treme creator David Simon as a director for his earlier series The Wire. She also directed the films Europa Europa (1990), Olivier, Olivier (1992), and The Secret Garden (1993). She was a writer for the critically acclaimed Three Colours trilogy.
