"Accentuate the Positive" is the first episode of the second season. It is the eleventh episode of the series overall. It was first broadcast on HBO on April 24, 2011 and drew 0.61 million viewers. The teleplay was written by Executive Producer Eric Overmyer from a story he co-wrote with Anthony Bourdain. It was directed by Anthony Hemingway.
Plot[]
Antoine's new girlfriend Desiree is pressuring him to get a more serious job. Since Creighton's death, his daughter Sofia has become more irritable and difficult to raise. Annie is now living with Davis, and Sonny misses her. Delmond and Janette now live in New York City--Delmond gets offended when New York musicians criticize New Orleans, and Janette is working under a very snooty and elitist chef.
